Return & Exchange Policy

At Jason Martin Photograhy, every print is custom-made to order. Because your photo prints are unique to your specifications, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or customer error.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great pride in our quality, but if your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we will provide a free replacement at no cost to you.

To qualify for an exchange:

  • Report the Issue: Contact us at contact@jasonmartinphoto.com within 14 days of receiving your delivery.

  • Provide Proof: Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged print and the original packaging.

  • Resolution: Once the damage is verified, we will process a replacement print and ship it to you immediately. You do not need to ship the damaged item back to us.

Important Notes

  • Color Accuracy: Please note that actual print colors may vary slightly from what you see on your digital screen due to different monitor calibrations.

  • Order Changes: Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, we cannot cancel or modify orders once they have been sent to print.
