1. Custom Nature of Goods

All products sold on this site are custom-made to order. You acknowledge that once an order is placed and production has begun, it cannot be canceled or modified. You are responsible for ensuring all order details (size, variant, and shipping address) are correct at checkout.

2. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All content included on this site, such as photographs, images, text, graphics, and logos, is the property of Jason Martin Photography and is protected by international copyright laws.

  • Artist Rights: The purchase of a physical print does not transfer any reproduction rights or copyright to the purchaser.

  • Prohibited Use: You may not reproduce, redistribute, or scan any prints purchased from this site for commercial or personal gain without express written permission from the artist.

3. Accuracy of Colors and Display

We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, because computer monitors and mobile screens vary, we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display of any color will be a 100% accurate reflection of the physical print.

4. Payment & Security

All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processors Squarepace Payments. We do not store your credit card information on our servers. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

5. Limitation of Liability

Jason Martin Photography shall not be liable for any lost profits or any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of or in connection with our products or this website. Our liability is limited to the replacement of damaged or defective goods as outlined in our Return Policy.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Alabama/United States.
