About this image: A luminous emerald sphere fills the upper half of the frame, its reflection pooling below on a reflective surface — the two halves separated by a ring of dark. Deep, rich, and near-symmetrical, it glows with the dense radiance of a dwarf star — a synthetic jewel suspended in its own small universe of green light.
