About this image: A dark yellow industrial wall dominates three quarters of the frame — the grass of the foreground a single band below it, the dark brooding blue-grey sky a single band above, each occupying an equal sliver at opposite edges of the image. The light is that strange, unnaturally bright quality that accompanies a storm. Across the lower portion of the wall, just above the grass line, a solid band of varied and colorful graffiti runs its width — the only warmth and human mark in an otherwise stark and charged landscape.
