About this image: A 1973 brutalist hotel viewed from below at a low three-quarter angle — its flat face dominated by two uneven pyramidal porthole windows that stare out like ancient eyes. Late day light falls warm and dramatic across the structure, deep shadows carving its edges. Named for the Cyclopes of Greek mythology, it becomes something primal and watchful.
